Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and distance. Shipping costs can be calculated on each product page or in the “Shopping Cart” before ordering.

Some shipping exemptions or special offers may apply from time to time based on promotions.

Offshore shipping is not available.

Shipments are typically delivered to you within 5 business days. If there is an unavoidable delay in your order, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

In special emergencies such as lockdowns, curfews, and extended holidays, customers may have to accept unavoidable delays in shipping.

You can change your shipping address at any time before your order changes to ‘Shipping’ status. To request changes, please contact our Customer Service Hotline: 0706 100100. Please note that additional charges may apply for different delivery areas.

If your order was placed by credit card, we may decline your change of address request for security reasons.

If the product is returned due to the customer’s personal preference, or if the product cannot be delivered due to the customer’s mistake, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping fee + 3% (administration fee).

Shipment tracking

Tracking number and shipping carrier details emailed to you.

Order status

Pending – The order has been received, but payment has not yet been received or confirmed. Processing – Your order has been received. I asked the store to prepare the package for shipment.

Shipping – Your order has been picked up by the carrier and is currently being delivered.

Completed – Your order has been delivered and picked up from your location.

Pending Payments – Payments that have been initiated but not yet completed.

Canceled – We do not hold the funds and you will have to retry the entire transaction if you wish to resend it. Failures – Payment failures typically occur when credit card information is entered incorrectly or the card is declined.

Refunded – The transaction was fully or partially refunded because the order or refund request could not be completed.
